The employer should pay all the wages at fixed time.

If not, s/he would be fined up to 20,000,000 won or sentenced to up to 3 years in prison and could come in for public disclosure of the employers’ list who delayed payment or regulation to dealings on credits.

This system is for korean government to pay delayed wages of up to 3,000,000won to the employee who won a case against the employer who had delayed payment of wages.
